Prosecutors drop 1997 Boston murder case against Rickey Fuquan McGee ...
Nov.07.2025
What an amazing week it was! First we saw client Rickey Fuquan McGee leave prison after a 1997 murder conviction. Our investigation led to new evidence showing that Boston police had induced a key witness, Natasha Hamilton, to testify against him by shielding her from prosecution for crimes involving bank fraud that police knew she had committed. Two witnesses were threatened by an unknown detective who told them to "knock it off" and stop pursuing fraud charges against Hamilton because she was a star prosecution witness. Here is a video of this incredible moment as well as some photos of Fuquan and his mom and our amazing legal team.
And Raymond Gaines, while free since late 2023, finally saw his case dismissed by a judge due to rampant police misconduct (seeing the theme here?)
